The Doctor Who clip showed the traditional views on how men inferior to women. This was because the camera shots used to portray the male were low shots, therefore this indicates that he is dominate. However the female character was illustrated with high shots, this shows that she is vulnerable compared to the man. This indicates a very stereotypical representation between both genders.
The desperate house wives introduction is very traditional as it shows that she is cleaning up after the men, she was pregnant and she was shopping for groceries to feed her family.
